Guide to Using the Resource Center
What is it?
The purpose of the Center is to provide a work place with a variety of resources for creating instructional projects designed to enhance the education of children. We also serve the business community, local civic organizations/clubs in presentations and projects.
Who runs the Resource Center?
 - Oldham County Board of Education
 - Alvin MacWilliams, Executive Director, Oldham County Schools Arts Center
 - Resource Center Coordinator - Heidi Vander Zouwen (beginning April 2025)
 - Resource Center Advisory Committee (Oldham County Teachers, Media Specialists, and Administrators)
Who can use the Resource Center?
We welcome all teachers, parents, administrators, college students, church leaders, pre-school teachers, day care providers, home-schoolers, scrap-bookers, businesses and other community members from the region to utilize the Resource Center.

What are the hours? The Resource Center is primarily a self-service space, available for use whenever the Arts Center is open.  However, if you need assistance, please plan your visit between 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. If you call ahead of time, staff can confirm that someone will be available to help you. (We can also turn on the laminator so you will not have to wait the 20 minutes for it to warm up when you arrive)!
