DISCOUNTS:
● Students enrolled in more than one class pay the full amount for the first class, and
receive a 10% discount off additional classes.
● Families with more than one student enrolled in dance classes pay the full amount for
the first student, and receive a 10% discount off all additional students
● 10% discounts are applied to the classes of lesser value

PAYMENT PLANS:
● Payment in Full: Pay tuition for September 2025-May 2026 in full and receive a 10%
discount off the total. (Only available for students enrolling in September).
Annual payment in full for 60 min. classes: $607.50. For 75 min. classes: $729
● Automatic Monthly Payments: Pay the Registration Fee and tuition for September at
registration, and enter your card information for future billing. Your card will be processed
for monthly tuition at the beginning of each month. (You may discontinue payments at
the end of any month by contacting the office).
● Financial Aid and exceptions to the above payment plans may be requested by

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:
● All registrations require payment of the $10 Annual Registration Fee and the 1st month of tuition
(Tuition will be applied to the month in which the student begins classes. Pro-rating is not offered for beginning in the middle of a month).
● OCSAC cannot access the card you use to make the first month payment in Active Online and cannot use it to run further payments! Your registration is not complete until you set up a payment method with the front office which will be entered into our secure bookkeeping system for future use. (For security reasons, this may only be done by phone, or in-person).
● Once your payment method is set up, your card on file will be processed for the monthly tuition at the beginning of each following month through May 2026. To change your payment method or unenroll from a class, you must notify the office before the 1st of the next month. If you selected Payment in Full, your card will be processed for the balance due for 9 months of class, with a 10% discount applied. (Your first month payment will be applied towards the total).

REFUNDS, CREDITS & PRO-RATING:
● Refunds and pro-rated tuition are only offered in cases of severe student illness or injury lasting several weeks, or if OCSAC cancels a class for which you have already paid. Students missing a class for 1-2 weeks may attend a similar class (if available) as a make-up. (Please notify the teacher that your child is attending for make-up purposes). 
● In cases where OCSAC cancels a class day which cannot be made up, you may be offered the option of a credit applied to the next month's tuition in place of a refund.

HANDBOOK

Acro  (Ages 6-18) This class is for the dancer who wants to learn acrobatic skills. Students will receive individualized instruction during class, so beginners through advanced students in a wide age-range are welcome. From forward rolls and handsprings to hurdle cartwheels, front-limbers and round-offs, this class is the place to build your floor tumbling skills! Enrollment for Acro remains open for the entire school year since these classes do not participate in the Spring Dance Concert recital.

Tuition: $75/monthly

Acro 1: Wednesdays 6:45-7:45

For students who are new to acro and are working on cartwheels, handstands, foward rolls, etc.

Acro 2: Wednesdays 7:45-8:45

For students who have a foundation in acro and can complete skills such as cartwheels,  roundoffs, backbends, working towards front and back walkovers, etc.

Ballet/Tap, 60 min.

These classes are designed as an introduction to dance for preschool age students. Students will learn basic feet and arm positions and basic tap steps, and they will play movement games as a fun way to solidify dance fundamentals. Class placement is by age, and classes are appropriate for new and returning students.

Tuition: $75 monthly

Class options:

Mondays 4:30-5:30pm (ages 3-4)

Thursdays 4:30-5:30 (ages 4-6)

Saturdays 10:00-11:00am (ages 3-5)

Ballet/Tap/Jazz (ages 7-8), 75 min.

Combination classes for 7-8 year-olds begin to introduce jazz as well as building ballet and tap technique, and class time is increased from 60 minutes per week to 75 minutes. Class placement is by age, and new and returning students are welcome.

Tuition: $90 monthly

Mondays 5:30-6:45 

Thursdays 5:30-6:45 

Ballet/Tap/Jazz (ages 9-11), 75 min.

Students ages 9-11 will receive training in jazz, ballet and tap technique and participate in 75 minute weekly classes. Class placement is by age, and new and returning students are welcome. (Beginning students older than 11 may also participate by request).

Tuition: $90 monthly

Class time: Mondays 5:30-6:45

Musical Theatre Dance (jazz & tap), 60 min.

Musical theatre dance classes are designed to complement the OC Youth Theatre program and offer an opportunity for students to enhance their dance training for the stage. Classes incorporate musical theatre jazz and tap. Class placement is by age/grade and classes are appropriate for beginner-advanced students. (Students are not required to be in theatre to participate in Musical Theatre Dance).

Tuition: $75 monthly

een Ballet, Tap & Jazz (ages 12-18), 60 minute classes

Teen students will have a concentrated focus on ballet, jazz or tap dancing technique, style & skills during these one-hour classes. Teen Ballet focuses on fundamental barre and center work and is appropriate for all levels. Teen Jazz & Tap 1 are recommended for beginners, and those new to the OCSAC Dance Academy. Teen Jazz & Tap 2 are for students with at least 1-2 years prior dance experience who have mastered the basics of jazz and/or tap. Teen Tap 3 is for advanced students, with recommendation from a teacher (email arts.center@oldham.kyschools.us to request placement).

Special tuition pricing is offered for Teen classes:

• Select any one Teen class: $75/month 
• Select any two Teen classes: $130/month 
• Select any three Teen classes: $175/month 

Discount will be applied at check-out according to the number of Teen classes in your cart.

Adult Tap (ages 14 & up), 60 min.

These are fun, open classes for adults of all ages who are looking to freshen up their dance skills and get some exercise. Instructors will work with students to progress at their own pace. Teens age 14 & up are also welcome. Adult Tap 1 is recommended for beginners and those who have not danced for awhile, or are looking for a gentler-paced class. Adult Tap 2 is recommended for students with intermediate dance skills, looking for a faster-paced, more challenging class. Attire is comfortable exercise or dance clothes. Tap shoes are needed (any style/color).
